Minutes of Annual General Meeting held on 7th March 2019 2. To receive the Annual Reports, Balance Sheets and Statements of Accounts ending 31 December 2019. 3. To elect a Club Secretary and Club Treasurer 4. To elect three ordinary members to the Management Council. 5. To consider any motions brought properly before the meeting. 6.
